อยู่กับความมั่งมีอย่างผู้ปล่อยวาง
ชีวิตย่อมพบความสุข

อย่าทำสิ่งที่ผิดไปจากธรรม
ไม่ว่าการกระทำใดที่เธอเกี่ยวข้อง
อย่าทำสิ่งที่ผิดไปจากธรรม
ซึ่งไม่เป็นไปเพื่อ
สั่งสมบุญกุศลและปัญญา
อย่าปรารถนาสิ่งใด
นอกเหนือไปจากความเป็นพุทธะผู้รู้
พร้อมทั้งยังประโยชน์แก่สรรพสัตว์
อย่ายึดมั่นถือมั่นสิ่งใด
เพราะล้วนเป็นรากแห่งพันธนาการ
คำสอนทั้งปวงล้วนมีพื้นฐานเป็นหนึ่งเดียว
เหมือนความเค็มของเกลือ
จงอย่าวิพากษ์วิจารณ์ยานที่สูงกว่าหรือต่ำกว่า
เพราะทุกยานล้วนคือมรรควิถีที่ใช้เดินทางดุจเดียวกัน
เปรียบได้ดังขั้นบนบันไดฉะนั้น

Master Padma said: Whatever actions you engage in, do not do anything non-dharmic that fails to become the accumulation of merit and wisdom.
Do not desire anything other than omniscient Buddhahood and benefiting sentient beings.
Do not be attached to anything. Attachment itself is the root of bondage.
All the teachings are ultimately indivisible, like the taste of salt.
Do not criticize any of the higher or lower vehicles. They are identical in being the path to be journeyed, just like the steps on a staircase.
