สังสารวัฏ
คือจิตที่หันออกไปภายนอก
หลงอยู่ในภาพลวงตา
นิพพาน
คือจิตที่หันเข้าสู่ภายใน
รู้จักและเข้าใจธรรมชาติ
ที่แท้จริงของจิตเอง
Samsara is mind turned outwardly, lost in its projections.
Nirvana is mind turned inwardly, recognizing its nature.
