โลกภายนอกมอบความสุข
ที่ผ่านไปอย่างรวดเร็ว
การไล่ตามภาพลวงตา ทำให้เราวนเวียนอยู่
ความปรารถนาอันไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด
ก่อให้เกิดความทุกข์โศกอันไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด
ความทุกข์ ความไม่พอใจ และความไม่สงบทั้งหมด
เกิดขึ้นจากการมองออกไปนอกตัว
จากการแสวงหาความเที่ยง
ในความไม่เที่ยง
จากการแสวงหาแก่นสาร
ในสิ่งที่ไร้แก่นสาร
แต่ความสุขที่แท้จริง
ความสุขที่ไม่สั่นคลอน
และความสงบที่ลึกซึ้ง
ไม่ได้เกิดขึ้นจากภายนอก
หากเกิดขึ้นจากภายใน
เมื่อเรามองเข้าไปภายใน
เราจะพบกับธรรมชาติที่สว่างไสวของจิต
โลกแห่งภาพลวงตา ของสรรพสัตว์
และสิ่งต่างๆ อันเกิด-ดับไปอย่างไม่สิ้นสุด
เกิดจากสายน้ำแห่งความคิด
ที่ไม่สงบ ไม่รู้จักหยุด
และยึดติด
เมื่อความคิดละลายหายไปในความนิ่งสงบ
เหมือนเมฆที่แยกออกจากท้องฟ้าอันแจ่มใส
จิตที่ผ่องใสก็เปล่งประกาย
เจิดจ้า ว่างเปล่า ตื่นรู้
ด้วยปัญญานี้ ความสงบก็ปรากฏขึ้น
โลกที่บริสุทธิ์ก็ถูกเปิดเผย
สรรพสัตว์ก็เปล่งประกาย เป็นแสงสว่าง
ทุกสิ่งก็สมบูรณ์ตามที่เป็นอยู่แล้ว

The external world offers fleeting joys,
But leaves behind the shadow of disappointment. Chasing illusions,
we wander in circles—Endless desires birthing endless sorrow.
All suffering, dissatisfaction, and unrest
arise from looking outward—From seeking permanence in the impermanent,
Substance in the hollow play of appearances.
But true happiness, unshakable joy, and deep peace arise not from the outer,
but the inner. When we look within—we meet the luminous nature of mind.
This world of illusion, of beings and forms endlessly appearing and fading—
is born from the river of thoughts, restless, ceaseless, and grasping.
When thoughts dissolve into stillness, like clouds parting before a clear sky—
The radiant mind shines forth, brilliant, empty, awake.
With this wisdom, peace dawns.
The pure world is revealed.
Beings shine as light.
All is complete, just as it is.
